Project Description:

The community building is a renovation of a historic Nacogdoches building; this building began as a farmhouse and has been through several conversions in its lifetime. The residential buildings were designed to match visual cues provided by this charismatic and locally recognized building. Their form and orientation creates several semi-private courtyards, perfect for student activities. The residential buildings are composed of one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments. Amenities include covered parking, a pool, game rooms, a cafe and lounge, fitness center, and computer lounge.
