Project Description:

This new 4 story facility, centrally located on campus, marks the first new student housing facility to be built at University of Dallas since 1980.  It will offer three-person suites, two-person suites, single rooms and resident assistant rooms and will provide common areas for gathering with friends, study lounges and a media entertainment room.  Built over an underground parking garage, the new residence hall will also feature an outdoor courtyard area where students can gather with friends and host events.  Project is managed by using Revit.
